Hello & happy Saturday from my heart to yours!
I have a versatile card using the beautiful and free Sale-a-bration Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper (DSP) paired with the Heartfelt bundle found in the Annual catalog. In my humble opinion this card could be used as an unconventional Valentine’s Day card or it can be used as a sweet card for no other reason than to give your heartfelt message to someone in your life. Hearts aren’t just for Valentine’s Day.
The Berry Blessings bundle can be found in the Sale-a-bration catalog and it’s one of the level 2 free rewards available with a minimum $100 purchase before sales tax and shipping. The bundle includes the Berry Blessings stamp set and the Berry Delightful DSP. I used the double sided DSP along with the Heartfelt bundle to punch out my hearts. In my world, strawberries look like hearts so it was easy to punch out hearts to make them into strawberries for today’s card.
Here’s the Berry Blessings Bundle that includes the Berry Blessings stamp set and the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper:
Here’s a pic of the the Heartfelt Bundle found in the Annual Catalog. I used the card layout on the page to design my card. (See the red arrow below.) It’s basically the same design but I just changed up the papers and colors. Stampin Up catalogs are great for color inspiration and card layout designs.

- Basic White Thick cardstock – 4 1/4″ X 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
- Basic White cardstock – scrap pieces to punch out a scalloped heart using the Heart Punch Pack and to stamp the sentiment and use the 1 1/2″ circle punch to punch out or use a similar sized circle die

- Poppy Parade Cardstock – scraps to die cut the scallops
- Berry Delightful DSP – scraps to punch out 5 hearts
I used Stampin Dimensionals to pop up the strawberry scalloped heart and the sentiment circle.
Looped some Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon behind the sentiment circle. (Refer to photo.)
I hope you agree that hearts shouldn’t be reserved just for Valentine’s Day, hearts are for all occasions and so are strawberries for that matter. One of my fond memories of my life San Antonio was going to the Annual Strawberry Festival held in Poteet, TX, the Strawberry Capital of Texas. Unfortunately, the Strawberry Festival was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19. Here’s hoping that 2021 will be a safer year to hold such a large event. A woman can only hope. But now, I want some strawberries!
Have a wonderful and hopefully crafty week-end friends,
