Happy October!

Say that 10 times really fast! Well, my pumpkins are not plaid but I used the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper (DSP) as a dominant card layer.  Today I’m sharing another alternative project using the September 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit called Hello Pumpkin!   I shared my first alternative  on Tuesday.  The treat holders with the coordinating stamps, papers and embellishments could be made for Fall favors, Halloween favors and even Thanksgiving favors.  I decided I would use the kit to make cards to send during this Fall season.  It was easy and quick to do with just the addition of a cardstock cardbase and some Plaid Tiding Designer Series Paper.  Make sure you click on the link below today’s card to see the video of EVERYTHING that was included in this month’s kit.

Today begins the first day of the Designer Series Paper Sale.  I’ve listed the ones on sale in my Second Shopping List below – so please keep reading and scrolling until you find it.  You don’t want to miss these beautiful patterned papers.  You’ll find patterned papers that can be used year round and remember we’re just a few weeks away for Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas!  Stock up now!

HERE’S A VIDEO OF THE KIT in case you missed it on Tuesday’s post: Sept 2020 Hello Pumpkin – Paper Pumpkin kit video

I CASEd today’s card with just a few minor changes.  As I mentioned on Tuesday, you can find and use many resources for creative inspiration.  One of the best resources is the Paper Pumpkin Fan Club on Facebook. It’s open to anyone and many people share their ideas.  If you don’t have Facebook you can find inspiration on Pinterest.  All you have to do is search for the name of the Paper Pumpkin kit and you’ll find a slew of ideas there too and let’s not forget about YouTube and Google.  And, if you’re a demonstrator there’s a huge community of fellow demonstrators on Facebook who also share their inspiration.  I believe today’s card is CASEd from a fellow demonstrator, but I’m sorry that I failed to note her name.  So, lots of free available ideas for inspiration right at your fingertips.
