Hello Crafty friends,
Today’s card is part of another card challenge sketch. You can find the free tutorial after the Shopping List. Today’s card was inspired by the Fusion Card Sketch Challenge.
And here’s the Fusion Card Sketch
It’s fun to see what other cardmakers make with the challenge, so click on the graphic and you’ll be directed to their website BUT make sure you return to mine!
The Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper (DSP) is gorgeous and it’s FREE during Sale-A-Bration when you make a minimum $50 purchase (before sales tax & shipping.) It’s double sided so it’s hard to decide which side to use. This card sketch allowed me to showcase both sides of the same sheet. I simple cut out a rectangle and then cut off a piece and flipped it to the other side before adhering it to my card base. This makes for a quick and easy card.
The Label Me Bold stamp set is often overlooked in the Mini-Catalog but here are many easy to stamp sentiments and some great image stamps to help make great backgrounds.
Don’t forget you can see all the current catalogs here on my website, just look for the catalog covers and click on them and you’ll see the full electronic versions. Also, this is the last month for free Sale-a-bration items, but they’re while as supplies last.
If you’d like to purchase any of the items to make this card, just click on any of the pictures on my Shopping List or on my signature at the end of this post and you’ll be redirected to my 24/7 Online Store.
Please use the MARCH Host Code: GWWAAD43 when placing your order and I’ll send you a surprise in your hand stamped thank you card. Remember you also earn Loyalty Rewards Points when your order is a minimum $50*. Make sure you click on the link to read about MY LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM 2019-20
*before sales tax/shipping. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer I hold in January.
IMPORTANT! If your order is over $150*, please don’t use the Host Code because your order qualifies for Stampin’ Rewards, but you will receive the surprise gift AND earn Loyalty Rewards Points from me as well.
The link to the HELLO MAGICAL MERMAID tutorial.
I’m going to greet the next female I encounter with a “Hello, Magical Mermaid!” and see what reaction I receive. I think it would be nice to be greeted or viewed as a magical mermaid, but then again – maybe not. These mythical creatures were said to lure sailors to their demise. OK, well if I receive negative feedback from the greeting I’ll say it was in reference to the Disney version of the Little Mermaid or Starbuck’s version of unity. Or, maybe I’ll just say, “Hello!”
