I made this elegant wedding card for our nephew’s wedding. It looks complicated but it actually came together rather quickly. The Floral Phrases stamp set is a great set that has awesome images and sentiments. The bride’s wedding colors are navy and a beautiful shade of pinkish purple. When we received the invitation I immediately thought Night of Navy and Sweet Sugarplum! Do you look at colors and identify them as Stampin’ Up! colors? I find that I do. Here’s the card I made for the happy couple.
The wedding invitation included the RSVP cards and invitation held together with a navy belly band with the bride and grooms names in a 2″X 2″ square. I removed it and mounted in a scalloped piece of Sweet Sugarplum card stock.

We’ve been in Amarillo for 105 days and we’ve had so many new experiences. Have you ever had a fried avocado? Come to Amarillo and try one at many of the local restaurants. They’re actually quite tasty.
We are looking forward to attending our nephews wedding in Wisconsin. I love Wisconsin, it’s a beautiful state and I hope the temperatures will be milder than the Texas Panhandle. Don’t worry, I have new cards to share with you during my absence.
